Order Cancellation  

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please email us at krishnapadia@gmail.com with your order details.  

After 24 hours, the order will be processed, and cancellations will no longer be possible.  

Refunds  

Refunds are applicable only in the case of defective or damaged products. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at  order@krishnapadia.com with your order number and photos of the product.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.  

Returns and Exchanges  

We do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged.
